There is no differentiated market, nor a workable definition, for any food ingredient or farming system that self-declares itself to be sustainable.

In fact, there is broad agreement in the regenerative movement that ‘sustaining’ the status quo isn't good enough anyway. Because conventional farming extracts natural capital, regeneration is needed to restore health in industrial agricultural ecosystems.
